Install it
- In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
- Choose the snipfire.zip file you downloaded and click Install Now.
- Click Activate. The menu item is in the admin sidebar.
Coming from another snippet plugin? Snipfire notices it and offers to bring your snippets across, switched off, so nothing changes until you say so.
Updating
New versions appear on this page. To update, upload the new zip the same way: WordPress offers to replace the installed version. Your snippets aren't in the plugin folder, so they stay exactly as they are.
